Singapore is a series of sculptural tables made from 3D printed Titanium, Tinted Glass and Marble. The tables’ fractal, trifurcating geometry is inspired by the self-similarity of Singapore’s Rain Trees - thousands of which can be found nestled amongst the modern architecture of the tropical city.
The legs of the Singapore table balance without any connection to its glass top and their seemingly impossible delicacy is achievable only due to the extremely high strength to weight ratio of Laser Sintered Titanium.
“Singapore is city built from a harmonious marriage of architecture, innovation and nature. The tables aim to replicate that at a smaller scale; using architectural materials and modern manufacturing processes to create something that feels ordered and organic at the same time.” - Daniel Kamp
